As a Cave...

In the silence of screaming thoughts are the echoes of my voice
Through impulses of inspiration was encountered with the idleness once I fought
Muted nights, strumming stings, quiet chords...
Breeze-less room, glass half full, dimmed ceiling lights... the persistent buzz of the refrigerator.
As the observing spectator like a sponge absorbs. Consciously hoarding to purposeful attachment, inadvertently declaring to perceive it all.

Her sequence of sensual hollowed heart ladies float around diverse scenarios of muted colored compositions. Beautiful display of delicate and precise lines. 

A treat to the the eyes... much like chocolate for the broken heart :)

First Packaging Design

In this class we were given the choice to re-brand an existing candy of our choice. Mine was the always fun to eat; Pop Rocks. The concept was that this new version would not only pop but it would also be caliente:) So I redesigned the logo, all graphics and contents, boxes templates, and created the one-time serving match shaped little box idea... Time consuming, challenging but kind of fun to see it together in the end!
Now to the next project...

I walked by my box of color pencils sitting on a shelf today and felt they were pulling me like a magnet:) It was a nice exercise... just letting it flow.

A Little Bit of Dance...

Dance has always been a huge part of my life ever since I had the awareness of self... I have performed it for years but due to changes in my path I ended up saving it in a drawer, a very special one though. It is a dream of mine to eventually go back to it and never stop again.
My daughter and I have been following this tv show that has mesmerized us with what is going on with the world of dance nowadays...It is breathtaking!!!
This is our favorite couple in the show and every week they make us understand the beauty and deptht that art can bring into our lives when you are truly passionate about it!

Danca sempre foi uma grande parte da minha vida, desde que comecei a ter o entendimento de ser alguem... Eu dancei por anos mas por mundancas no caminho da vida eu acabei guandando este sonho em uma gaveta, mas uma gaveta muito especial. E' um sonho meu voltar a dancar eventualmente e continuar em segui-lo por toda vida e nunca mais parar.
Minha filha e eu estamos acompanhando este show na tv que nos deixa de queixos caidos...Realmente lindo!!!
Este e' o nosso favorito casal do show e a cada semana eles nos fazem entender a beleza e profundidade que a arte pode trazer as nossas vidas quando somos apaixonados por ela!

Motion Graphics Animation

My motion Graphics project is finally presented! Although I found many challenges and had to watch hours worth of tutorials I'm pretty content with the results, considering that I am a first timer. I can't wait to get really proficient in After Effects. I absolutely love the program! It is so much fun to see static images come to life!


My Projeto the Motion Graphics finalmente foi apresentado em classe! Apesar de ter encontrado varios obstaculos em aprender e ter que assistir horas a fio em tutoriais eu estou bem contente com os resultados, considerando que sou uma novata no programa. Mal posso esperar para ficar proficiente em After Effects. Eu me apaixonei pelo programa! E' muito legal ver images estaticas se tranformarem e ganhar vida!:)
